Serena Coultress is a highly experienced trainer and mental health specialist with over 15 years of expertise in psychoeducation delivery and workshop development. Throughout her career, she has been a guest lecturer on a nursing degree programme and a speaker at various NHS, Local Authority, and charity sector mental health conferences. Serena’s training style is both informed and interactive, underpinned by a genuine passion for promoting mental wellbeing.
In addition to her experience across public health, research, and service management, Serena holds a BSc in Psychology and an MSc in Global Health. Her expertise in evaluation and analysis has driven the development and implementation of key mental health strategies, Health Needs Assessments, and staff wellbeing procedures.
As a former Policy Adviser, Serena authored a report evaluating national expenditure on university accessibility and wellbeing programmes, which contributed to a Parliamentary Green Paper. Her international mental health research has been referenced by leading publications, including The Economist.
